We understand that there will be a learning curve as you get up to speed on our product development and project management processes, but the right candidate will view this as an opportunity rather than a challenge. We are looking for a professional who can motivate teammates who do not report to them. This will require strong relationship skills, interpersonal finesse and emotional intelligence.

Critical to your success here will be your ability to maintain and promote the Aspen culture within and throughout each project, along with your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with teammates throughout multiple departments. We'll give you the autonomy and elbowroom you need to succeed, but you also should provide the Assistant Director with regular communication. If an issue comes up, you and the Assistant Director can collaborate to resolve it.
