To be a good fit for the Senior Brand Marketing Manager opportunity, you will have:

  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with a focus on finding the solution
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to find creative and innovative solutions to address the market need
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing others
  • Well-versed in MS Office Suite; a bachelor’s degree; an MBA is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop key relationships across departments
  • Detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will provide leadership for a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and MarComm Specialist. You'll serve as a lead in the overall go-to-market strategy and execution. This role will focus on brand development, customer experience, digital/Ecommerce and content creation. You'll have cross-functional responsibility building global strategy, working with the product management team and in coordination with the creative team to create best-in-class marketing to better serve our patients and customers.

You will drive brand and product storytelling and develop a comprehensive strategy to support Aspen’s brand growth.
